Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Sebrell felt like Wilmington was home as many holidays, vacations, and weekends have been spent here visiting grandparents and cousins.
Sebrell is fortunate to have lived and learned under the roof of two real estate agents, now 3, with the inclusion of her brother. An understanding of the real estate business and providing superior service to clients has been a constant example in her life.
Attending the University of South Carolina, “Go Gamecocks,” for undergraduate studies Sebrell spent the summers in Wilmington with her grandmother, Sue Coupland, a top producing real estate agent with Intracoastal Realty. The summer experiences led her to fall in love with Wilmington. As she puts it, “Wilmington stole my heart.” This led to a transfer to UNC Wilmington, “Go Seahawks,” to complete her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and subsequently taught third grade in the local school system.
It did not take long for her to realize her passion was real estate sales as it gives her an opportunity to form relationships and make a huge difference in people’s lives, much like being an educator. Her knowledge of the local area as well as the public school system is a clear asset to Sebrell’s clients.
Since moving back to WIlmington, Sebrell enjoys one of her favorite childhood hobbies: horseback riding. Horseback riding and working out are some of her favorite outlets during the week. On the weekends her friends and family take great advantage of the Wilmington area, fishing, water skiing, and just being out on the water.
Sebrell wishes to provide clients a comfortable, honest relationship through clear and quick communication. The teacher in her wishes to put clients’ understanding and enjoyment in every inch of the exciting process of buying and selling. She is looking forward to going the extra mile to insure her clients have a smooth home buying and selling experience. Sebrell’s clients will certainly “Experience the Exceptional.”
